Jackie Kirkham
Jackie joined Mati’s Artisans in June 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown.
She learnt to knit at the age of 5 from the women in her family, graduated in Woven and Constructed Textiles from MMU (Manchester Metropolitan University) in 1980 and worked for over 30 years in the textile industry both setting her own practices and as production manager and as senior sales co-ordinator for an international supplier.
Jackie now continues her own creative practice alongside her work as an Artisans maker.
